Abstract:
PURPOSE: To remove admixtures, to eliminate a cause of unpleasant smell and to purify a solution of red cabbage dyestuff by bringing the solution of red cabbage dyestuff, etc., into contact with an anion exchange resin.
CONSTITUTION: A solution of red cabbage dyestuff or purple sweet potato dyestuff is brought into contact with an anion exchange resin (e.g. styrene- divinylbenzene-based resin), the admixtures are removed and the solution is purified.
