A plurality of water intrusion parts 1 of the purification agent 6 for adjusting the amount of the purification agent to be intruded into the groundwater, and a hooking part 24 for connecting the water intrusion parts 1 and a hooking tool 25 installed in the vicinity of the opening end of the water injection well 15 are installed in the water injection well 15 to form the passage 26 of the groundwater flowing through the water injection well 15 between the adjacent water intrusion parts 1.
