Abstract:
To provide a purification method of a cyclic compound, with which a high-purity cyclic compound can be taken out even when concentration of a raw material is low.SOLUTION: A purification method of a cyclic compound of the invention is characterized as having: a pH adjusting step to adjust pH of a raw material liquid including the cyclic compound before purification with an acid dissociation constant pKa of 9-20 and water to a value in a range of 10-12 so as to obtain a pH adjusted solution; an extraction step to subject the pH adjusted solution to a liquid-liquid extraction treatment using an organic solvent so as to obtain an extract including the cyclic compound and the organic solvent; and a distillation step to subject the extract to a distillation treatment so as to take out the cyclic compound after purification.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
