Abstract:

PURPOSE: To operate a membrane separation device assembled in a purification tank at a constant suction pressure.

CONSTITUTION: A permeated liquid in a permeated liquid storage part S3 is sucked up using a pump 12 and is returned to the permeated liquid storage part S3 through a circulation flow path 13. An aspirator pump 14 is installed halfway through the circulation flow path 13. In addition, the permeant liquid delivery pipe 10 of a membrane separation device 6 is connected to the aspirator pump 14. Thus, the pump 12 is driven to generate a negative pressure on the aspirator pump 14 so that a filtration operation is performed.
