PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the supply of common salt water over a necessary quantity when the common salt water is supplied from a salt solution tank to an electrolysis tank.
SOLUTION: The following means are provided. A purifying operation means which purifies water in a bath tub by passing the water through a circulating flow path 6 and a bypass flow path 3 to be circulated and a filter purifying means 32 which purifies a filter 4 by flowing water in the bath tub through a course, i.e., a pump 2 → the bypass flow path 3 → a primary side of the filter 4 of a filter tank 5 →a circulating flow pass for purification 9 → the pump 2 to be discharged as waste water from a discharge channel 11 to the outside after the purification and a bacteriostatic operation means which sends chlorine which is generated by following procedures, i.e., the supply of a common salt solution from a salt solution tank 28 to an electrolysis tank 27 → electrolysis at the electrolysis tank 27 → sending of the generated chlorine thereat to the bath tub via the filter tank 5. Then, when the common salt water in the salt solution tank 28 is supplied to the electrolysis tank 27 by supplying water in the bath tub from a second branch course 26 to the salt solution tank 28 when bacteriostatic operation is conducted with the bacteriostatic operation means, a means which supplies the common salt water to the electrolysis tank 27 by an inching of the pump 2 is provided.
