The push-button lock capable of being unlocked by pushing the number of predetermined times for a plurality of push-buttons includes a plurality of lock releasing discs respectively having groove sections on the circumference rotated in the same direction at the same pitch through a feed mechanism by pushing a plurality of push-buttons rotationally energized and corresponding to one direction, a lock releasing plate having a tooth section fittable to each groove section provided to each lock releasing disc slidingly energized to one direction and making vertical movement with the rotation of the front side thumb-turn, an auto-reset means returning the lock releasing disc to an initial position by operating with the rotation of the front side thumb-turn after the rotation of the front side thumb-turn has been allowed and a manual reset means returning the lock releasing disc to the initial position by manually pushing a reset button.
