Abstract:
PURPOSE: To open and close a door of the trunk, etc., of an automobile simply in a short time, and to enable the decrease of the quantity of projection of the locking device from the door and even the reduction of the cast.
CONSTITUTION: A fixed body 11C fixed onto a door 1, a C-shaped leaf spring 6 and a bracket 7 are fastened, and a hook section 24 engaged with and disengaged from a step rod 5 on the fixed frame body 2 side is mounted on an L-shaped hook plate 10. The coil section of a hook spring 13 is fitted to a hook pin 12 pivotally attaching the hook plate 10 to the bracket 7, one linear end section of the hook spring 13 is abutted against the hook plate 10, and the other linear end section of the hook spring 13 is abutted against the bracket 7. A push button 3 is inserted into the receiving hole 21 of the fixed body 11, an interlocking shaft 8 fastened onto the rear section of the push button 3 is provided pivotally to the hook plate 10, and the bent front end section 6a of the leaf spring 6 is abutted against the step rod 5. The step rod 5 is bitten between the hook section 24 of the hook plate 10 and the shoulder section 27 of the bracket 7.
