To provide a push-pull lock which can also be easily installed in a glass door with thin stiles and rails and which has a good appearance.
A push-pull lock 1 includes: a fixing member 13 which is provided on a wall surface 3 of a door 2; a handle 15 which is rotatably supported by the fixing member 13; a latch lever 16 which is rotated in association with rotation of the handle 15; a latch bolt which is provided in such a manner as to be capable of protruding/receding with respect to a butt end of the door 2; a stopper mechanism which is arranged in the door 2 and which switches between the state of restricting an operation for making the latch bolt recede from the butt end and the state of enabling the latch bolt to recede from it, in association with rotation of the latch lever 16; and a lock case 75 which is arranged in the door 2 to house the stopper mechanism. A reinforcing member 14 is fixed to the fixing member 13. In the lock case 75, a fitting hole 80 is provided in a side surface 105 facing the backside 104 of the wall surface 3. The reinforcing member 14 is fitted into the fitting hole 80.
