Abstract:
To realize a PWM device which can generate a PWM suitable for making an HDL IP and which can especially synthesize in a high-speed operation without problems and also to provide a design method therefor.
1: An input terminal of an on-width data and off-width data. 2: The PWM device comprising a state machine description having at least two states. 3: The states are allocated so as to be associated with on-state and off-state. 4: A count means is also described in a state realizing the PWM.
