This PWM signal generation circuit generates the PWM signal and is provided with a counter which updates a count value based on an oscillation signal with a predetermined frequency and an output circuit which changes the PWM signal to one logic level when the count value of the counter becomes a count value according to a first predetermined value and changes the PWM signal to the other logic level when the count value of the counter becomes the count value according to a second predetermined value.
