Abstract:
To provide a PWM signal generator circuit for generating a PWM signal quick in response.
The signal generator circuit comprises a reference pulse signal generator circuit 10 for generating pulse signals at intervals corresponding to an input potential VREF, a triangular wave potential generator circuit 20 for generating triangular wave potential ramping with an inclination corresponding to the output potential VBIAS of an error amplifier 2 while the pulse signal turns from a lower level to a high level, and a Schmitt circuit 30 for outputting a pulse signal according to the triangular wave potential.
