Abstract:

NEW MATERIAL: Compounds of formula I (a, b and c are all C or one of them is N or NO and other two are C; R1 is formula II or formula III; R2 is H, OH or OCOCH3; R3 and R4 are H, an alkyl, an arylalkyl or bonded together to form a five-seven-membered carbon ring; R5 is H, an alkyl, an alkenyl, CN, a halogen, etc.; R6 is H, an alkyl, OH, an amino, etc.; R7 and R8 are each H, an alkyl, an aryl, etc., or form 1-pyrrolidinyl, etc., with N; R9 and R10 are each H, an alkyl, etc.; and n is 1-3).

EXAMPLE: (Trans)-N"-cyano-N-(6-cyano)-3,4-dihydro-3-hydroxy-2,2-dimethyl-2H-1- benzopyran-4-yl)-N-(1,1-dimethylpropyl)guanidine.

USE: Remedies for myocardial ischemia, hypertension, etc.

PROCESS: A compd. of formula IV is reacted with a compd. of formula V in a solvent such as DMF in the presence of carbodiimide and an oxygen resource to obtain a compd. of formula I wherein R1 is formula II.
