To provide a protein kinase inhibitor.

A new pyrazole compound is represented by formula (IIa) [wherein, R1 is T-ring D (wherein, ring D is a 5-7 membered monocyclic ring or an 8-10 membered bicyclic ring selected from an aryl, a heteroaryl, a heterocyclyl or a carbocyclyl); Rx and Ry, together with atoms interposed therebetween, form a condensed unsaturated or partially unsaturated 5-7 membered ring having 0-3 heteroatoms; and R2 and R2' are each as described in the specification]. The compound is useful as the protein kinase inhibitor for treating diseases such as cancer, diabetes and Alzheimer's disease, particularly as an inhibitor of Aurora-2 and GSK-3.
