Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (A is alkylene; B and D each represent single bond or alkylene; R' represents H or alkyl) or pharmaceutically acceptable nontoxic salt thereof.
EXAMPLE: 4-[4-(Pyridin-3-ylmethyl)]phenyl-2-butynoic acid.
USE: A remedy for inflammation, cerebral apoplexy, myocardial infarction, acute cardiac death, stenocardia, throumbasis, etc.
PREPARATION: A compound expressed by formula II (Y represents Br or Cl) is subjected to dehydrohalogenation reaction in an inert organic solvent such as toluene at room temperature W80°C using 1.5-diazabicyclo [4,3,0] nonene-5, etc. to obtain the compound expressed by formula I.
