Abstract:
To obtain high sensitivity even when plural elements are connected in series to each other with small specific resistance while keeping an easy polarization condition of a PbTiO-Pb(C1/2W1/2)O3.
This composition is expressed by a general equation Pbx[Tiy(CozW1-z)1-y]1-xOn (herein, (n) is an optional number), and falls within a range of (0.80≤y≤0.97 and 0.55≤z≤0.75) to (x) falling within a range of (0.502≤x≤0.510), and uses a part of a Pb atom as a main component substituted by 20mol to 30mol% with a Ca atom, and has the constitution containing MnO2 by 3wt.% to 0.03wt.% in this.
