To provide a thermal decomposition treatment system preventing a treated material from sticking to a heat transfer face in drying the treated material with heat.
This thermal decomposition treatment system 1 is provided with a predryer 5 for drying a treated material, and a thermal decomposition furnace 7 for thermally decomposing the treated material fed from the predryer 5. The predryer 5 has a drum 20 and a heat transfer tube (a moisture eliminating mechanism) 37. The heat transfer tube 37 heats the treated material in the drum 20 to eliminate moisture in the treated material. A scraping plate (a scraping apparatus) 41 is provided inside the drum 20. When the drum 20 is rotated and the heat transfer tube 37 rotationally moves, the scraping plate 41 slides on the heat transfer tube 37 to scrape off the treated material stuck to the heat transfer tube 37.
