Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow measurement of QOL without putting burdens on users.SOLUTION: An input device 12 receives input of a speech of a user. A relevance degree operation unit 20 calculates a relevance degree by comparing an event in the user's speech and an event in a QOL evaluation item, on an item-by-item basis of the predetermined QOL evaluation items of a physical item, a psychological item, a social item, and an environmental item. A QOL calculation unit 26 measures the QOL based on the QOL score of each of the physical, psychological, social, and environmental items and based on the calculated relevance degree.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
