Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an evaluation cost in quantitatively evaluating the fluidity of a cement hydrate such as concrete.
SOLUTION: A flow mass of the cement hydrate is measured in its fresh state to represent a change with time of the flow mass of the cement hydrate by a curve approximate expression (a quadratic approximate expression, for example). The fluidity of cement hydrate in its fresh state is estimated while calculating its water-powder ratio on the basis of the coefficients of terms of this curve approximate expression (second- and first-order terms, for example). This makes it possible to simply and quantitatively evaluate the fluidity of cement hydrate by using, as indices, the coefficients of the terms of the curve approximate expression representing the change with time of the flow mass of the cement hydrate.
