Title:
QUALITY CONTROL METHOD OF STABILIZING LIQUID
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3173381
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method capable of determining the quality of a stabilizing liquid with higher efficiency without repeating a plurality of prior art test items.
SOLUTION: In a prior art control method, a measuring sensor 36 and a measuring device 38 are employed. The measuring sensor 36 is provided with a pair of conductive electrodes 36a and a holder 36b of the electrode 36a and set up so that the paired electrodes 36a may be immersed in a stabilizing liquid 14. A lead wire 36c whose one end is connected to the electrode 36a is connected to the measuring device 38 on another end side. The measuring device 38 is arranged to apply low voltage for a fine time between the electrodes 36a, thereby measuring residual voltage between the electrodes 36a after the lapse of a specified time where the quality of the stabilizing liquid 14 is judged from the magnitude of the residual voltage measured. The judgment standard of accessibility in this case is specified to measure specific weight, viscosity and pH and so forth according to the test items in the prior art control method and prepares good stabilizing liquid and a defective stabilizing liquid. With regards to each of these stabilizing liquids, the magnitude of the residual voltage is measured based on the prior art method, thereby preparing the standard of accessibility judgment (see the residual voltage value).
