To provide a quality-guarantee system in a high frequency induction heating facility with which the improvement of reliability to the quality-guarantee, the selection and the specification of an inferior product at the time of producing the inferior product can easily be performed by understanding the processing state in each one piece of the products to be performed with the heat treatment and further, in some case, the depth of a hardened layer.

In the induction-heat treatment facility 1, an observing device 3 for observing the processing state in the induction-heat treatment facility 1 when the individual product W is subjected to the heat treatment, is arranged. Further, a hardened layer inspecting device 2 for inspecting the depth of the hardened layer Wa formed with the heat treatment of individual product W in non-destruction can be arranged. A record device 4 for recording corresponding to the identification number of the individual product W to information of the processing state observed with the observing device 3 and information of the depth of the hardened layer inspected with the hardened layer inspecting device 2, is arranged. A marking device 5 for attaching a mark M for the identification number corresponding to the product W, is arranged.
