Title:
QUANTITATIVE DETERMINATION METHOD OF TOLUENE INSOLUBLE MATTER IN COAL TAR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015212672
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily achieving rapid and accurate measurement of a toluene insoluble matter.SOLUTION: A solution obtained by mixing toluene into coal tars is supplied to a strainer including a filter, and is filtered, then the brightness L in the filter in the strainer is measured. On the basis of the calibration curve indicating the relationship between the brightness L and the coal tars in which toluene insoluble matter is previously determined, the toluene insoluble matter corresponding to the measured value of the brightness L is determined, and the toluene insoluble matter in the coal tars is quantitatively determined.
