Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed quantity feeder device for a powdery/granular material that is able to reduce occurrences of troubles resulting from blocking by the powdery/granular material.SOLUTION: A fixed quantity feeder device for a powdery/granular material according to the invention comprises, in the following order: a storing container storing powdery/granular material; a shutter mechanism that measures powdery/granular material thrown from the storing container; and a discharging chute that discharges the powdery/granular material measured by the shutter mechanism. The lower end of the storing container and the upper and of the discharging chute are disposed such that at least parts of them overlap in a plan view. The shutter mechanism has a disk that has at least one measuring hole formed therein. When the measuring hole of the disk is superposed on the overlapping portion of the lower end of the storing container and the upper end of the discharging chute in a plan view by virtue of the rotation of the disk, powdery/granular material is passed from the lower end of the storing container to the upper end the discharging chute, thereby discharging the powdery/granular material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
