Abstract:
PURPOSE:To offer the quantitative setting device which performs a quantitative setting process by inputting a signal from a weighing means weighing a raw material, etc., put in a container. CONSTITUTION:This setting device consists of a readable/unreadable signal judging means 7 which inputs the signal from the weighing means and judges the readable/unreadable signal state, a quantity variable arithmetic means 9 which operates the quantity variable between a last and a current weighed value when the readable/unreadable signal indicates a readable state, an input protrusion checking means 10 which outputs the current weighed value unless the quantity variable exceeds a specific value, and a quantitative setting process means 11 which controls the feeding of the raw material into the container according to the weighed value data outputted by the input protrusion checking means.
