Abstract:
To provide a quantitative supply device of small components easy to quantitatively supply small components with excellent reproducibility, even when a lot of the small components are stored in a storing container.SOLUTION: A quantitative supply device 100 of small components has a storing container 20, a rotary body 40, a magnet 46, a capturing part 83, and a takeoff part 70. The storing container 20 has a first storing region 21 and a second storing region 22 separated from each other by a partition wall 30. A bottom face 27 of the storing container 20 is inclined downward from the first storing region 21 side toward the second storing region 22 side. A space between a lower edge 30 of the partition wall 30 and the bottom face 27 of the storing container 20 forms a communication part 23 for supplying the small components from the first storing region 21 to the second storing region 22. The magnet 46 attracts the small components of the second storing region 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
