Abstract:
To provide a quantum device capable of being manufactured at an actual factory facility while using a conventional transistor structure as much as possible, and performing a simple measurement.SOLUTION: A quantum device includes: a transistor structure part having a source, a drain and a gate; at least one quantum dot structure part capable of localizing a charge; and a quantum bit control current line capable of changing a state of the charge in the quantum dot structure part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
