NEW MATERIAL:A compound of the formula (R1WR3 are 1W25C alkyl; X is halogen).
EXAMPLE: α-Trimethyl-3-(2-oxahexamethyleneiminyl)ammonium iodide.
USE: A germicide, agricultural chemical or medicine or an intermediate therefor.
PREPARATION: An α-monoalkylamino--caprolactam is successively alkylated or α-dialkylamino--caprolactam is alkylated with an alkyl halide, etc. to afford the aimed compound of the formula.
