Abstract:
To provide a question answering system and a question answering method using artificial intelligence that provides a question answering service which can be shared by a plurality of users at low cost.SOLUTION: Functions of a question answering system 25 are separated into functions of a question reception answering system 10 and functions of a primary answering system 30. A question received by the question reception answering system is transmitted to the primary answering system. The primary answering system creates a primary answer to the question and returns it to the question reception answering system. The question reception answering system creates a final answer based on the received primary answer, and transmits it to a question terminal. The primary answering system is caused to machine learn a plurality of assumed questions and the primary answer so that the primary answer will be the same for the plurality of assumed questions having a common attribute. The question reception answering system that has received the primary answer creates the final answer including all answers to the plurality of assumed questions having the common attribute corresponding to the received primary answer.
