Abstract:
To provide a questionnaire device with a simple configuration consisting of less hardware that facilitates re-scheduling and to provide an SSR device using it.
A dual port memory 10 stores questionnaire data that are scheduled so as to correspond to transmission timing of a questionnaire and control circuits 12, 13, 14 sequentially read the questionnaire data stored in the dual port memory 10 for a prescribed period to provide an output of a questionnaire signal.
