PURPOSE: To contrive an increase in tool life and an improvement in machining efficiency, by making an increase in machining process ratio, a rise in the maximum return speed and a reduction of the maximum machining speed achieve at a time by combining a crank slider mechanism with an eccentric crank piston mechanism systematically.
CONSTITUTION: A crank slider mechanism is constituted with a crank pin 17 and a cam plate 20 and an eccentric crank piston mechanism is constituted with a crank 21 and a link 24. The titled device is constituted by combining the above mentioned crank slider mechanism and eccentric crank piston mechanism systematically with each other. An increase in machining process ratio, a rise in the maximum return speed and a reduction in the maximum machining speed following shortening in a return process ratio can be achieved at a time, and then an increase in tool life and a rise in machining efficiency are achieved at a time.
