Abstract:
To provide: a method for the treatment of disease states associated with neovascularization and/or increased vascular permeability; and a medicament for use in causing an anti-angiogenic effect and/or vascular permeability reducing effect in warm-blooded animals such as humans, a pharmaceutical composition and a method of using the medicament and the pharmaceutical composition.
There are provided quinazoline derivatives represented by general formula (I) and a pharmaceutical composition including the quinazoline derivatives. [In the formula, ring A is a phenyl ring or a 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic ring as defined in the specification, Z represents -O-, -NH- or -S-, and m represents an integer of 0-5].
