To provide a new quinolone derivative or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof having excellent platelet aggregation-inhibiting action and useful as a medicine, particularly a platelet aggregation inhibitor or a P2Y12 inhibitor.
The quinolone derivative or its salt is represented by formula (I) (wherein X is C-R7, N or the like; Y is C-R6, N or the like; R11 is H, a lower alkyl or the like; R12 is H, a lower alkyl or the like; R2 is a lower alkyl, cycloalkyl or the like; R3 is a halogen, lower alkyl; R4 is a cycloalkyl, non-aromatic heterocycle or the like; R5 is H, a halogen or the like; R6 is H, a halogen or the like; R7 is H, a halogen or the like; and when Y is C-R6, R2 and R6 may be integrated to form a lower alkylene or lower alkenylene provided that 7-(cyclohexylamino)-1-ethyl-6-fluoro-4-oxo-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carbohydrazide is excluded).
