Whereby the speeds of all the trucks can be changed with the same ratio to be agreed with the speed of the abnormal truck 4 by changing the control period, even when the truck 4 which can not be traveled at the target speed is generated, the race scenario can be kept as it is, and a plurality of traveling bodies can be simultaneously operated with high accuracy.
