Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a drawer unit at a high place from dropping in an earthquake when the drawer unit is height-adjustably provided in a rack device of desk and to improve the operability when the drawer unit is set in a high position.
SOLUTION: A drawer unit 16, when it is at a high position, is screwed to right and left side panels 6 while overlapping with the lower surface of a fixed rack 7, and when in a low position is put on the upper surface of a top board 2. Because the drawer unit 16 in the high position is screwed to the side panels 6, it does not drop in an earthquake. Because the drawer unit 16 is placed on the lower surface of the fixed rack 7, drawers 19 are easy to draw out even at the high position, and putting articles on and off the fixed rack 7 is also easy.
