PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a usable space on the upper surface of a desk top board, to perform a job using OA equipment and general office work without trouble and to easily house a lot of cables from the OA equipment.
SOLUTION: This rack for facing desks is provided with the main body of rack for which the opening faces of recessed part forming U-shaped planar view from facing parts placed parallelly with the front and rear edges of a desk top board 2a while having the almost half width of lateral width of the desk top board 2a, partition face parts placed parallelly with the side edges of the desk top board 2a while relaying the end parts of these facing parts and outside face parts 6 and 6 continuously provided rectangularly to the outer ends of facing parts and parallelly with the partition face parts are mutually turned opposite and installed over the counter ends of desk top boards 2a arranged while facing each other so as to place the recessed parts while mutually invading the surfaces of desk top boards 2a each other. In this case, a duct 10 for wiring is provided so as to be slid back and forth at the lower part of a rack 11 fixed between the outside face parts 6 and 6 of this main body of rack, and a longitudinal duct 15 for guiding cables to the floor is provided on the outer face side of the outside face part 6.
