To provide a rack which can be quickly assembled and disassembled in transportation or others.
The rack is constituted of a frame body which keeps a plurality of vertical boards and horizontal boards crossing and fitting with each other and which has rack spaces having openings in a for and aft direction and holding means arranged in a pair of side faces facing each other of at least one grid spaces of the frame body and a plurality of guide/hold rails lined spaced apart extending in a for and aft direction and dividing the rack spaces to a series of spaced apart storing spaces corresponding to the other one of the pair of the side faces, and flat board body can be inserted from the front side and held into the storing spaces along a pair of corresponding guide/hold rail.
