To reinforce a side part of a face part in a racket which is provided with recessed line all around an inner surface.
A tennis racket 1 comprises a face part 2, a shaft 3, and a grip 4. The face part 2 is almost oval and its inner peripheral surface 2a is provided with recessed line all around. Also in this configuration, an outer peripheral surface 2b of the face part 2 is provided with grooves 5 for engaging and placing a gut protection material. The inner peripheral surface 2a is curved recessed in an almost arch shape, and the outer peripheral surface 2b is curved projectingly in similar shape. A reinforcement material 6 is extended and provided for the side part of the face art 2 in an extension direction of the face part 2. The reinforcement material 6 is provided on both sides in a thickness direction of the face part 2.
