PURPOSE: To enable a player to select ball repulsion performance and to attain compatibility of the excellent repulsion performance with high spin performance.
CONSTITUTION: This racket is provided with a frame 1 for segmenting a gut extending space 2 having nearly an elliptic shape. Gut 3 is inserted into the plural gut insertion holes formed at the frame 1. The gut 3 is extended longitudinally and transversely in the gut extending space 2 to form a ball hitting surface 4. A shaft 7 consisting of a gripping part 5 and a throat part 6 is integrally joined to the bottom part 1b of the frame 1 and the throat part 6 is branched to a fork from the gripping part 5 to extend the throat parts which are connected to the frame 1 at the front ends. The form of the throat parts 6 is internally provided with a piece of a bridging part 8 extending nearly parallel with the bottom part 1b of the frame 1. The bridging part 8 is provided with plural pieces of through-holes 9 permitting insertion of the longitudinal gut 3a in the central part of the extension direction thereof.
