Abstract:
To provide a rack capable of impressing high voltage by easily connecting electrodes to a plurality of trays displaced side by side: and to provide a cooling device provided with the rack.SOLUTION: A rack includes: a plurality of trays 11, 12 which are each composed of an electric conductor, in which a plurality of first trays 11 connected to a first electrode and a plurality of second trays 12 connected to a second electrode are alternately disposed and the high voltage is impressed between the first electrode and the second electrode; and an electrode 13A which is composed of an electric conductor, is installed so as to bridge the plurality of first trays 11 to connect the plurality of first trays 11 to the first electrode and is provided with a plurality of engagement parts 13B each of which is composed of an electric conductor and detachably engaged with the plurality of first trays 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
