Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar device capable of receiving millimeter waves from an object such as human body with receiving antennas and operating with high accuracy and high frequency.
SOLUTION: In this device, millimeter waves from the object 20 are received with the plurality of receiving antennas including a two-dimensional plane antenna 11 or the like, converted into digital data by an A/D conversion part 12, and signal-processed by a signal processing part 13, and the image is displayed on a monitor 15. Prior to measurement, a calibration signal is generated from a calibration signal source 14, and phase correction data are acquired from a corrector 133 of the signal processing part 13, to thereby correct measurement data.
