Abstract:
To solve the problem in which: it is complicated when mounting a waveguide antenna on a circuit board because it is necessary to fix the waveguide antenna with screws or bond the waveguide antenna.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a radar sensor. A circuit board (2) is set up. A radar receiver-transmitter is mounted on a surface of the circuit board (2). A plastic waveguide structure (1) is set up. A waveguide path (10) including side walls (12, 13, 14) covered by at least one metallic conductive film and one open surface (15) is configured in the waveguide structure (1). Finally, the waveguide structure (1) is soldered to the surface of the circuit board (2), and the open surface (15) is arranged so as to face the circuit board (2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
