Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar system having a reception array antenna which can be mounted on a moving unit in a desired direction at a desired angle, and capable of precisely detecting axial deviation of a mounting shaft of the reception array antenna.SOLUTION: The radar system includes: a direction estimation section 32 that estimates arrival directions of reflected waves based on analysis result output from Doppler frequency analysis sections 65 in plural antenna system processing sections 31_1 to 31_N; an extraction section 33 that extracts plural estimated arrival directions of the reflected waves of which the Doppler frequency is zero; and a radar axial deviation detection section 35 detects an axial deviation using the largest number of the arrival directions including the reflected waves from a stationary target which is positioned in the direction S just beside a vehicle VE.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
