Abstract:

To provide a radial anisotropic sinter magnet which has an excellent magnetic characteristic without any breaking or cracking at the time of sintering and limited cooling even when a ratio of inner and outer diameters is small.

A radial anisotropic sinter magnet is formed in a cylindrical shape, contains a part which is oriented in a direction slanting in relation to a radial direction by 30 degrees or greater and occupies no less than 2% and no more than 50% of a magnetic volume, and contains a part which is oriented in the radial direction or slanted in relation to the radial direction by less than 30 degrees and occupies the rest of the magnetic volume. Thus, the radial anisotropic sinter magnet 21 has an excellent magnetic characteristic without any breaking or cracking at the time of sintering and limited cooling even when a ratio of inner and outer diameters is small.
