Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the tire rigidity by forming the insert layer arranged at the outside in the axial direction of a rubber filler in two layers, making the layer interval coincident with the cord diameter of a carcass ply return part, interposing the direction of the return code and crossing at the specified angle. CONSTITUTION:The insert layer 3 consisting of 1st and 2nd insert layers 3a, 3b is arranged at the outside in the axial direction of a bead filler 7. The interval W of these 1st, 2nd insert layers 3a, 3b is set at about 1-5 times the cord diameter of a carcass ply return part, e.g., in 1.0mm in case of 0.61mm cord diameter. A rubber layer 10 is interposed in these layers. Both layers 3a, 3b are arranged so as to become the crossed axes angle of 90-160 deg. by interposing the direction of the return code. The tire rigidity can be improved with this structure.
