PURPOSE: To improve rim runout resistance and steering stability by disposing a rubber layer having the dynamic elastic modulus at 20°C and the ratio of dynamic elastic modulus at 60°C to this dynamic elastic modulus specified, respectively, on at least a bead toe part.
CONSTITUTION: A tire has a bead filler 6 disposed in the upper part of a bead wire 5, a side wall rubber 2, and a rim cushion part 3. In this case, a hard rubber layer G having a small temperature dependency is disposed in at least the bead toe part 22 of a bead part 10, preferably a part extending from the tire inner surface position higher than the bead wire 5 to the bead toe part. The dynamic elastic modulus E' (20) at 20°C of the rubber layer G is set to 5.0-11.0 MPa. The ratio E' (60)/E' (20) of the dynamic elastic modulus E' (60) at 60°C to the above dynamic elastic modulus E' (20) is set not less than 0.8.
