Abstract:
To provide a radiated light detector that can suppress influence of outside temperatures without increasing the size of the detector.SOLUTION: A radiated light detector 1 of the present invention includes: a housing 10 with a window part 70; a radiated light detector 40 in the housing 10, the detector detecting a light radiated from a measurement target object which enters from the window part 70; and temperature adjusting means for adjusting the path of radiated light from the window part 70 to the radiated light detector 40 to a predetermined temperature. The temperature adjusting means includes: a graphite sheet 90 in the housing 10, the sheet surrounding the optical path; and Peltier elements 95 and 96 attached to the bottom part of the housing 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
