Abstract:
To provide a radiation detection element with a higher accuracy of positional detection.SOLUTION: The radiation detection element includes: a base material 10; a first electrode, which penetrates the base material 10 to be exposed on a first surface 10a side; a second electrode adjacent to the first electrode, the second electrode penetrating the base material to electrically connect the first surface 10a side and a second surface side 10b to each other and being exposed on the first surface side 10a; a third electrode adjacent to the first electrode, the third electrode penetrating the base material to electrically connect the first surface side and the second surface side to each other and being exposed on the first surface side; a fourth electrode adjacent to the third electrode in a first direction and adjacent to the second electrode in a second direction, the fourth electrode penetrating the base material 10 to electrically connect the first surface side 10a and the second surface side 10b to each other and being exposed on the first surface side; and a fifth electrode 111 located on the first surface 10a side and provided among the first electrode, the second electrode, the third electrode, and the fourth electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
