A radiation detecting section has a plurality of pixels arrayed in form of a matrix and detects incident radiation. A readout section has a plurality of readout schemes which can selectively be used and reads out a detection signal from the radiation detecting section. A storage part stores correction values respectively corresponding to the readout schemes by each readout scheme. A correction section corrects the output detection signal based on the correction value selectively read out from the storage part according to the readout scheme.
