Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly extend a breast placed on an imaging table without using hands of an engineer.SOLUTION: A radiographic imaging apparatus includes: the imaging table to place the breast of a subject while the subject faces the table; an irradiation part for irradiating the breast placed on the imaging table with radiation; a film shape pressure member for covering the breast placed on the imaging table from above thereby to pressurize the breast against the imaging table; and a pair of sending members which are extended in the front and rear directions of the subject facing the imaging table, whose both ends in the right and left direction of the subject in the pressure member are respectively wound, and which send the pressure member by rotation while being mutually separated in the right and left directions in a state where the breast is pressurized via the pressure member, move downward, and allow the pressure member to pressurize the breast.
