Abstract:
To increase a surface area of a scintillator member (aggregate) for radiation measurement, and reduce influence of self absorption in a liquid sample.SOLUTION: An aggregate 22 is stored in a container 16. The aggregate 22 is made of a plurality of scintillator elements. Each scintillator element has a linear or belt-like slender form or has flexibility. The aggregate 22 itself has deformability. A complicated fine gap net 23 is generated in the aggregate 22 and the gap net 23 is filled with a liquid sample. The liquid sample is water that contains tritium.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
