To enable the correspondence with various purposes to be performed without constructing individual dedicated systems.
The radiation module 18 which is mechanically detachable from a light source module is configured to include a first light source light incident end 74, a first light guide member 66, a second light source light incident end 76, and a second light guide member 68. In this case, a first light source beam which has been emitted from a first light source module 12 enters the first light source light incident end 74. The first light guide member 66 guides the first light source beam which has entered the first light source light incident end. A second light source beam which has been emitted from a second light source module 14 being different from the first light source module enters the second light source light incident end 76. The second light guide member 68 guides the second light source beam which has entered the second light source light incident end. The first light guide member and the second light guide member have optical specifications which correspond with the optical characteristics of the light source beams to be guided, and of which the optical characteristics are different from each other.
